Agroprojekt Ilua is not being developed from an office far away. Julian is on the ground in Narsarsuaq, documenting the site, preparing the first buildable step and sharing the work openly.
Your support pays for field work, crop validation, engineering preparation, open documentation - and the founder's time on the ground. There is no salary in the project yet.

Narsarsuaq presence (~35%)
On-site coordination in Narsarsuaq to document the site, coordinate locally and keep the practical work moving.
Measurements and validation (~20%)
Measurements, soil sampling, climate observation and practical coordination around the Narsarsuaq development work.
Engineering preparation (~30%)
Structural feasibility, supplier work, materials specification and preparation for a buildable first prototype.
Open documentation (~15%)
Drawings, calculations, data, field notes, failures and lessons published openly so others can learn from the work.
Funding status
The wider Phase 1 budget is about $220,000. Public support is not meant to replace institutional financing; it helps cover the practical gap while larger funding tracks are completed. The institutional co-financing track is under development and written confirmation is still pending.
Contributions go to Ilua ApS (Denmark, CVR 45239876). They are support, not tax-deductible donations.
Supporters follow the work through the public field journal - that is the accountability model.
